Prosecutors have charged a Fond du Lac woman with homicide and hiding a corpse for allegedly shooting her husband twice in the head, Fond du Lac Police Chief William Lamb said at an afternoon news conference Tuesday.
Timothy Nance, who went missing Nov. 1, died in a domestic fight. Nance's wife, Eve, told investigators that a gun was fired during a fight at their house, which killed her husband, Lamb said. On Nov. 27, police found his body in a brushy, wooded area at the 6200 block of N. 101st St., in Milwaukee.
Eve Nance faces charges of first degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse.
